Our Story

SINPAR TECHS was founded by a team of systems engineers and infrastructure architects who recognised that most technology projects fail not because of bad technology, but because of poor design. After spending years across large SI firms and consulting practices, the founding team saw a pattern: organisations were being sold complex solutions when what they really needed was thoughtful design. They established SINPAR TECHNOLOGY LIMITED in Hong Kong with a single conviction — that the best systems are the ones you do not have to think about.

Today, our team of 28 engineers serves over 80 active clients across financial services, logistics, manufacturing, and professional services sectors. We design and integrate computer systems that range from office network infrastructure for growing medium-sized businesses to multi-site data centre architectures for enterprises with thousands of users. Every project we take on shares a common thread: we design it the way we would want it built for ourselves.

Registered in Hong Kong with operational capacity across the region, we bring global standards to local implementation. Our engineering team holds certifications across major technology platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and VMware. We maintain strategic partnerships with leading technology vendors while remaining independent enough to recommend the best solution for each client, regardless of brand or platform preference.

We operate from our headquarters in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong's commercial and logistics district. Our office at The Capital on Chatham Road South places us within walking distance of key business centres, regulatory bodies, and technology partners.

From this base, we serve clients across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and increasingly across Southeast Asia and mainland China. Our engineering team works on-site at client locations throughout the project lifecycle, with remote monitoring and support capabilities operating 24 hours a day.
